Drawing from an impressive background in senior management across federal agencies such as the Department of the Navy, NASA, and USDA Forest Service, Kathy focuses on achieving mission results in the face of political, social, equity, environmental, and economic challenges. She has led as a Senior Executive Service leader, overseeing massive workforces and navigating a range of complexities. As a dedicated and credentialed coach in the International Coach Federation (PCC ICF), Kathy empowers federal leaders and global leaders in private industry and non-profits, utilizing extensive coaching certifications, including Narrative Coaching, Integrative Development coaching, and Positive Intelligence coaching from The Moment Institute.
