With over 25 years in leadership roles in the banking and finance sector, combined with 12 years in coaching, Roselyn brings a wealth of business acumen and experience to her practice. As the Founder of New Heights Group, Roselyn has successfully designed and facilitated leadership and change programs, worked with top-tier clients such as Mars, CACI, AOL, and NASA, and authored articles on strategic planning, somatic coaching, and Appreciative Inquiry. Her extensive coaching portfolio spans a spectrum of clients from the Federal Reserve Board to Fannie Mae, testifying to her proficiency and expertise. Holding certifications such as PCC from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Master Somatic Coach, and expertise in interpreting the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Everything DiSC, Emotional Intelligence (ESCI) assessments, Cultural Transformational Tools (CTT), and Leadership Values Analysis (Values Centre), Roselyn is a highly qualified executive coach committed to driving excellence in leadership and organizational development.
